Repid test for clenbuterol Hydrochloride

Principle
This rapid test is an immuno-chromatographic test, using colloidal gold immunoassay method, to detect clenbuterol Hydrochloride in urine.
Test procedure
1. take out the sealed test card and samples, balance to room temperature before use;
2. add 2 drops serum or whole blood sample into the well on the test card;
3. place the test card on the desktop flatly, incubate for 3-5 minutes, then judge the result.
Results judgement
1.positive: as image 1, control line occur color reaction and test line don’t, show high content of clenbuterol Hydrochloride in sample, outclass 3ng/ml. as image 2, both of control line and test line occur color reaction but the color of test line is thinner than control line’s, show the content of clenbuterol hydrochloride in sample is more than 3ng/ml;
2.negative: as image 3 and image 4, the color of test line is not thinner than control line show the content of clenbuterol hydrochloride in sample is less than 3 ng/ml;
3.invalidation: as image 5 and image 6, control line don’t occur color reaction show the test is invalid.

1.the test card is one-shot things, please don’t repeat use;
2.avoid direct sunlight and fan;
