Repid test for antibody against canine Parvoviridae Catalog No: CPV50831
Principle This rapid test is an immuno-chromatographic test, using Dot-immunogold method, to detect the antibody against canine Parvoviridae in serum.
Reagents and contents 1 Reaction plate 2 Reagent A solution (washing solution) 3 Reagent B solution (immunogold solution) 4 Instruction sheet
Test procedure 1. dilute serum with normal saline at 1:5 1. Dispense two 2 drops of washing solution to the reaction well until the liquid to be absorbed completely. 2. Add 100 μl serum to the reaction well until the liquid to be absorbed completely. 3. Remove the filter (red cover), and dispense two 2 drops washing solution to reaction well until the liquid to be absorbed completely. 4. Dispense 4 drops immunogold solution to reaction well until the liquid to be absorbed completely. 5. Dispense two 2 drops washing solution to reaction well until the liquid to be absorbed completely.
Results Negative: There is a “-” in the sample well. This indicates that Ct antibody has not been detected. Positive: There is a “+” in the sample well. This indicates that the sample contains Ct antibody. Error: There is not “-”or “+” in the sample well. This indicates a possible error in performing the test. The test should be repeated or the kit should be replaced with a new one.
Notes 1 Use fresh clear serum sample without sediment, deposition and grease lest block membrane pore; 2 Operate singly, can’t process multioperation synchronously, because each single operation is uninterrupted; 3 Always all reagents, samples and controls should be balanced to room temperature before use; 4 It’s invalidated if immunogold solution appear coarse sediment or blue.
